”I have used many rental services and this by far was the easiest host to work with! Kristin was fantastic! The description and photos of the property were spot on and we were so happy with the actual location! Any question I had, I received an immediate and friendly response. The home itself was gorgeous and perfect size for 6 adults, even when we were stuck inside on one rainy day! Kristin had games, a spacious living area/modern kitchen and a nice little coffee/wine nook that certainly helped us to ride out the rainstorm. The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size. Having 2 spacious full sized baths made getting ready a lot easier for 4 females. Morning coffee on both of the decks and sunroom was a great way to start the day! When the weather cooperated we were grateful to have a clean brand new grill and comfortable patio furniture to use. We took full advantage of our location and enjoyed time at the track and on the water. The only negative was the property is hard to see from the road, so we passed it when we first arrived but I was forewarned that may happen. I would be thrilled to rent this little gem again!

What is Guest Screening and the Damage Waiver?
•To best protect each reservation, we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening and damage protection provider. Prior to your stay, verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. The standard required Damage Waiver fee is nonrefundable peace of mind that covers accidental stay damages up to $5M.
Do you accept pets?
•Per property basis with prior approval. 1 Dog ≤50lbs. Breed restrictions. $100/stay fee. Prescreening required via https://greenspringscapitalgroup.petscreening.com/.
What is your cancellation policy?
• Reservations <28 nights: Full refund if cancelled within 48hrs of booking. 50% refund up until 30 days before check-in. No refund after that.
• Reservations ≥28 nights: Full refund if cancelled within 48hrs of booking. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable. For truncated stay requests, 30 days notice required.
What are check-in and check-out times?
•Check-in: after 4pm. Check-out: by 10am.
•Early Checkin or Late Checkout subject to host approval, availability and fees. Early entry or tardy exit without host approval subject to minimum $200 auto-charge to your reservation’s source of payment.
What is your smoking policy?
•Smoking or vaping anything anywhere in or on the premises, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited and cause for a nonrefundable immediate reservation termination.
