Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy

•All guests must be 25yo+ except for children accompanied by parents.  Adhere to the listing’s stated occupancy maximum.
•To best protect each reservation, we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening and damage protection provider. Prior to your stay, verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. The standard required Damage Waiver fee is nonrefundable peace of mind that covers accidental stay damages up to $5M.
•If you’ll be bringing a pet or support/service animal, we require successful submission of a HUD friendly screening profile via promptly upon booking. Fee free for confirmed support/service animals. Fees apply for pet where pets are permitted(locations vary). 1 dog ≤50lbs. Breed restrictions apply.
•Guests understand that the following behaviors are NOT Permitted on or around any Saratoga Stays property: Smoking, Vaping, Marijuana of any kind, Illegal substances, unauthorized Pets, Parties, loud music/TV, behavior that disturbs the peaceful enjoyment of neighbors.  Quiet hours 10p – 8a daily.
•Please remember you’re staying in a person’s house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note no one is living on site 24-7.
•Refunds will NOT be provided for naturally occurring power/internet type utility outages or other things beyond our control. Teams will certainly be notified promptly to troubleshoot such issues, but please kindly employ patience if a service out of our control is temporarily down. Thank you!
•We contract with Spectrum to provide you free high speed internet and cable TV(locations vary). Wireless speeds may vary. Please understand we cannot control any instance of service outages.
•We reserve the right to conduct maintenance as needed to exterior and common areas of the property. If interior maintenance is required in private living quarters of the property our team will communicate directly regarding arrival/ entry.
•Ask about electric car charging options. Charging from property electric source must be pre-approved.
•While the space is not child/baby proof, children/babies are always welcome.
•We provide a starter supply of consumables such as toilet paper and paper towels but you may need to purchase more if you run out.
•There may be an exterior camera above the entry door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave immediately.
•Lost & Found items will incur a minimum flat $50 shipping/handling charge payable prior to shipment.
•Stays ≥28 nights subject to a tiered length of stay Cleaning fee.
•Early Checkin or Late Checkout subject to host approval, availability and fees.  Early entry or tardy exit without host approval subject to minimum $200 auto-charge to your reservation’s source of payment.

•Cancellation Policies:
Reservations <28 nights: Full refund if cancelled within 48hrs of booking.  50% refund up until 30 days before check-in.  No refund after that.
Reservations ≥28 nights: Full refund if cancelled within 48hrs of booking. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable. For truncated stay requests, 30 days notice required.
