NEIGHBORHOOD:
This property is located conveniently in a downtown Saratoga Springs neighborhood on a beautiful corner lot with easy on or off street parking. Walking proximity to charming shops, the arts, historic landmarks, infinite dining possibilities, peaceful parks, dog park, cycling/footpaths and seasonal festivals. Given the downtown corner lot location there is potential for related audible noise. Complimentary earplugs are provided to accommodate guest preference.
LAYOUT:
A convenient few steps from the parking lot will find you right at the side entrance to this second floor two bedroom unit. Just inside is the landing for shoes and coats then straight up the beautiful hardwood open staircase to the second floor living space. Bathroom to the left, kitchen and side bedroom straight ahead, living room with office space, laundry room and front bedroom to the right. We have carefully outfitted the space with all of the accommodations you’ll want or need for relaxing, cooking, dining, sleeping, bathing, working, web surfing, conversing or even working.
SLEEPING:
For sleeping there are two bedrooms each outfitted with a Queen bed as well as a bonus Queen size pullout couch in the living room to sleep two more with plentiful pillows and warm cozy seasonal layers.
KITCHEN/ DINING:
For meal time there is a dining table with 4 chairs complete with place settings and plentiful bakeware/ cookware as well as a shared outdoor grill for a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs.
BATHROOM:
For bathing there is a beautifully updated bathroom with stand up shower, stocked with beauty care basics and plentiful bath linens.
LAUNDRY:
Dedicated laundry room with full size washer/dryer appliances and storage cabinets above.
RELAXATION:
For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, complete with basic cable loaded with streaming services apps ready for personal login access.
OUTDOORS:
Shared outdoor grill (located on first floor’s front porch) is available for use off the porch in the outdoor yard space.
GUEST ACCESS:
This is a multi unit property. Each individual apartment has its own private secure entry and parking lane. The entire unit is yours and in no way accessible to any other building occupants. The grill and yard space are shared.

•Guests understand that the following behaviors are NOT Permitted on or around any Saratoga Stays property: Smoking, Vaping or Marijuana of any kind, unauthorized Pets, Parties, behavior that disturbs the peaceful enjoyment of neighbors.
•To best protect each reservation, we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening and damage protection provider. Prior to your stay, verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. The Damage Waiver fee is nonrefundable peace of mind that covers accidental stay damages up to $5M.
•Reservations <28 nights: Full refund if cancelled within 48hrs of booking. 50% refund up until 30 days before check-in. No refund after that.
•Reservations ≥28 nights: Full refund if cancelled within 48hrs of booking. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable. For truncated stay requests, 30 days notice required.
•If you’ll be bringing a pet or support/service animal, we require successful submission of a HUD friendly screening profile via www.greenspringscapitalgroup.petscreening.com promptly upon booking. Fee free for confirmed support/service animals. Fees apply for pet. 1 dog ≤50lbs. Breed restrictions apply.
•All guests must be 25yo+ except for children accompanied by parents. •Adhere to the listing’s stated occupancy maximum.
•Please remember you’re staying in a person’s house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note no one is living on site 24-7.
•Refunds will NOT be provided for naturally occurring power/internet type utility outages or other things beyond our control. Teams will certainly be notified promptly to troubleshoot such issues, but please kindly employ patience if a service out of our control is temporarily down. Thank you!
•We reserve the right to conduct maintenance as needed to exterior and common areas of the property. If interior maintenance is required in private living quarters of the property our team will communicate directly regarding arrival/ entry.
•While the space is not child/baby proof, children/babies are always welcome.
•We provide a starter supply of consumables such as toilet paper and paper towels but you may need to purchase more if you run out.
•There may be an exterior camera above the entry door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave immediately.
•Early Checkin or Late Checkout subject to host approval, availability and fees. Early entry or tardy exit without host approval subject to minimum $200 auto-charge to your reservation’s source of payment.
