We didn’t build Green Springs for investors first. We built it for ourselves.

Brian exited a $10M business in 2014 and still felt exposed — high earnings, no real ownership, no off-ramp. Greg spent 15+ years building and operating businesses. Same story. Two brothers who had succeeded by every outward measure — and still felt financially vulnerable.

So they built the solution themselves. One four-unit building. Zero employees. Eleven years later: $50M AUM, 21 completed projects, $10M+ capital managed. The blueprint they wish they’d had — now available to you.
