Green Springs Companies Closes on the former Blue Spruce Inn & Suites

We finally closed on what will soon be Orchard View Apartments. The 10-acre property in Columbia County has operated as the Blue Spruce Inn & Suites for decades — over the next 16 months, it will be converted into 52 luxury-appointed apartments, making Orchard View virtually the only rentable housing stock within a 5-mile radius.
