NEIGHBORHOOD:
This property is ideally positioned between a quiet neighborhood on the backside and the invigorating bustle of Saratoga from the front. Mere blocks of easy walking to either Saratoga’s race course or downtown Broadway’s shopping, dining, parks and nightlife. Given the downtown location there is potential for related audible noise.
